We have process servers throughout central Maine. Some of the larger communities we serve include Waterville, Augusta, Lewiston,and Auburn. Our Maine process servers reside in or near these communities We serve smaller communities as well. Gardiner, Winslow, Fairfield, Vassalboro, Sabattus, Greene, and Minot. The Process Server in the closest larger community will do the service in the abutting community.
For those that are not aware, Maine has named many towns after countries. Those include, China, Sweden, Paris, Peru, and Mexico. Our process servers go there and don’t charge airfare. Maine is a rural state so we cannot list all the towns we serve. Our Maine process servers will get the job done for you. When you need a Maine process server, give us a call. Rule 45. Subpoena
A subpoena may be served by any person who is not a party and is not less than 18 years of age, including the attorney of a party. Service of a subpoena upon a person named therein shall be made by delivering a copy thereof to such person and, if the person’s attendance is commanded, by tendering to that person the fees for one day’s attendance and the mileage allowed by law. Prior notice of any commanded production of documents and things or inspection of premises before trial shall be served on each party in the manner prescribed by Rule 5(b).
A subpoena may be served at any place within the state.
