Welcome to Surette Consulting & Investigations and my new (first) Blog. We have been in business since 1992 and our core focus has always been on customer service. We strongly feel we need to maintain the integrity of the services to our existing clients before seeking new ones. I say that because we see all the time companies giving discounts and benefits to “New” customers, yet existing customers are neglected and left behind. Consequently we’ve built our agency from the ground-up to ensure this never happens to our clients.

Service of Process (Process serving).
The Security consulting side of things focuses on risk assessments and improvements to both procedural and physical security measures. This is a service we have long provided to corporate customers. Our niche’ has been in what I refer to as advocacy groups. We also have extensive experience and success in security system design and implementation projects. We have completed these projects for financial institutions and corporations. However, do not confuse our services with that of a pushy salesperson. We do not sell or install any products and we do not have relationships with any specific vendors or products. We work exclusively for our clients to give them the best unbiased and unadulterated information available.
The Process serving we do is in support of local and national customers. We are well-versed in and strictly follow the Rules of Civil Procedure both in Maine and nationally; this is a critical component so that a valid service does not get overturned on a technicality.
The (Professional) private investigations we conduct are for numerous private and public entities. We assist credit unions, Banks and law firms in locating people typically heirs in civil matters. We assist attorneys in criminal defense matters as well as civil cases. We assist insurance companies in continuance of disability and contestable death cases and of course we serve the public in a number of capacities.
